Beyond the classroom

As a student, journalist, board member, and town commission appointee, I’ve been fortunate to take on a variety of roles throughout my high school experience. Far more important than any title, however, are the experiences and relationships they represent. I hope that through this portfolio, I can share not only the activities and organizations that I have had the privilege of being a part of, but also the stories, lessons, and lifelong bonds they have provided me.

Included in this portfolio are three activities I was involved in during high school that have most significantly enhanced my intellectual growth both inside and outside of the classroom: journalism, We The People, and the Westport Youth Commission.
